Those white lines on the tarmac, are they in every airport? First time I notice them!

Are you practicing for your license? Interesting photo from under the wing.

Continuing our discussion about fixed wing planes and helicopters, you can auto-rotate down in a helicopter and land smooth as ever in a small little spot.

Great shot. I love small airplanes. How was the ride? Did you take any pictures?

So, did you fly level, head up the whole time? Or should I be wearing my motion sickness acupressure wrist bands when I next visit? Thanks!

To answer some questions:

I believe the white lines are on most tarmacs the world over but usually we are riding in large planes and don't get to see them.

No, I'm not practicing for my pilot's licence.

The airplane ride was fantastic! And hopefully I will have some various photos up over the next week or so.

Don’t have to worry about motion sickness though we did hit a couple of pockets of unsettled air (I won’t post those photos…they are little blurry!!).
