The old Teacher's College was built in 1910. In 1973, the building was taken over by Canadore College. The new teacher's college/school is part of Nipissing University and is located on the bluffs overlooking the city.
Over 17,000 teachers have received their professional education in North Bay.

That looks like a very nice building from old times.
There are lots of inventive ideas about what to do with buildings particularly when they are old but really nice.
Fast food places become a point of reference - 'meet at xxxx' or 'near xxx' can be useful!
