The old Teacher's College was built in 1910. In 1973, the building was taken over by Canadore College. The new teacher's college/school is part of Nipissing University and is located on the bluffs overlooking the city.
Over 17,000 teachers have received their professional education in North Bay.
There are lots of inventive ideas about what to do with buildings particularly when they are old but really nice.
